Poly holds a degree in Theory and History of Art, from the Athens School of Fine Arts, and a Master’s in Cultural Policy and Development, from the Open University of Cyprus.

Over the last few years, she has been working at Peripatos, contributing to the design and implementation of programmes at national and European levels, alongside research and content development and social media management. She specialises in community engagement and production of cultural events and activities such as conferences, residencies, exhibitions, educational programmes, and urban games.

She has completed training programmes and workshops in the fields of digital culture, game design, and participatory methodologies. She is a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), as well as the Bosch Alumni Network and the Culture for Change networks.
