The consortium of Mycelium for Arts & Heritage (MAH) has been created, with the aim of exchanging experiences and practices in cultural heritage management, culture and arts, creative tourism, and new technologies, but also with the aim of creating international partnerships for future social projects. We had the pleasure of becoming a member 8 months ago. Covid restrictions, as well as the fact that we cover every corner of Europe, have limited our meetings to online.
Between 28.09.2022 and 02.10.2022 though, we met up close, within the framework of the MAH Conference, in Maribor, Slovenia, hosted by the co-walking organisation Hiša! and with the support of Bosch Alumni Network, iac Berlin (international alumni center) and Robert Bosch Foundation.
During the MAH Conference we met familiar faces for the first time in person and actually got to know each other, we welcomed new people to the group, we got to know the work of the organisation that hosted us after participating in their activities (Festival of Walks), and we visited other socio-cultural organisations and initiatives such as EXPANO, Hiša Gibanice, and Art Jurak. Mainly, we brainstormed on ideas for collaborative projects and very soon we hope to announce the developments to you.
