The Association of Heritage Consultants (ESDIAPOK) launches a new series of workshops on ways to overcome challenges as a Heritage Manager. The subject of the first workshop will be “Managing the Team” and Peripatos will be facilitating it.
Providing the essential theoretical background, this first workshop not only explores team building practices, but looks particularly at what participants expect to gain, regarding fostering roles and relationships both internally and with other external and long term partners.
